Display Screen Equipment (DSE) is very common throughout all aspects of our lives especially in work. It is important that we are aware of how to deal with display screen equipment, as the time we can spend on the devices can impact our health.
The DSE course looks at the regulations, what to do and how we should interact with display screens along with guidance for improving our health when doing so.
Anyone who uses a display for more than an hour at a time for work should have this training to enable them to be aware of the uses for display screen equipment.
An awareness of Display Screen Equipment and the interaction that we have with it combined with how it can affect us over prolonged use, in line with HSE (Health & Safety Executive UK) guidance material.
